Dante Group Pty Ltd needs a JUNIOR FARM MANAGER who can step into a practical role in Rustenburg. A key part of the work involves JUNIOR FARM MANAGER My client in the North West is looking for a dedicated and hands-on Farm Manager to oversee daily farming operations.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on diploma in Agriculture, OR minimum 3 years' practical experience in Stone Fruit or Orchard fruit farming.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a JUNIOR FARM MANAGER.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.

Requirements

3 years of relevant experience
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
