The Role: Junior Compliance & Operations Officer This hybrid role at a regulated South African fintech focuses on compliance, onboarding, daily transaction monitoring, and operations for an enterprise client base.
This role exists to manage compliance and onboarding for an enterprise client base, paired with daily transaction monitoring and operations.
It contributes to the business by executing a hybrid split consisting of thirty percent compliance and onboarding work alongside seventy percent transaction monitoring and daily operations.
Work with external on Risk Management and Compliance Programme execution, audits, and reporting.
