Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on the role will initially focus on the Group's Knowledge Base project, aimed at improving and standardising business process documentation across multiple departments and e.
Support the team by managing over time, the role will expand into broader reporting, analytics, operational improvement, and AI implementation initiatives across the Group.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Junior Business Analyst.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

Relevant experience in farming or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
