Junior Bookkeeper / Administrator
Do you have 2 - 3 years experience working in a finance department where you have assisted with quotations, invoicing and petty cash?
Our client, based near Fourways, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to serve as the backbone of their daily operations, combining front-desk reception with hands-on bookkeeping support.
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Afrikaans.

REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- Previous experience in similar role advantageous
- Previous bookkeeping knowledge or experience required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Invoicing, quotations, and basic bookkeeping
- Maintaining financial records and filing systems
- Coordinating with suppliers and installation teams
- Handle appointment scheduling and maintain our front desk calendar
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable at all times
- Address inquiries and provide information about company with confidence
