Junior Account Executive

Your Mission
As a Junior Account Executive, you'll support our client success efforts by assisting with onboarding, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring clients get the most value from our products and services. You'll learn the ins and outs of SaaS account management while becoming a trusted point of contact for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the onboarding of new clients and help ensure a smooth transition into our platform
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication
- Assist in identifying client needs and escalating opportunities or concerns to senior team members
- Monitor client engagement and usage, helping to identify areas where additional support may be needed
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver an excellent client experience
- Maintain accurate client records and updates within CRM systems
- Assist with client communications via email, phone, video calls, and social platforms
- Contribute to client retention and satisfaction initiatives
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, customer service, account management, recruitment, hospitality, or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in technology, SaaS, and digital platforms
- Comfortable using online tools and learning new software quickly
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Social media awareness and confidence communicating online
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in SaaS, technology, recruitment, or customer success
- Exposure to CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting clients or customers in a professional environment
