Jnr External Sales Representative

Are you a driven sales professional with at least two years of experience in external sales, confident in generating new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets?

A well-established company in the Northern Suburbs is seeking an energetic and ambitious individual who enjoys working with clients, identifying opportunities, and delivering excellent service.

In this role, you will be responsible for growing the client base, managing and nurturing customer accounts, understanding client challenges, and recommending solutions that add real value to their business.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–2 years’ sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
• Ability to build relationships and understand client requirements
• Basic computer skills (MS Office; CRM exposure beneficial)

DUTIES:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Conduct client visits to understand needs and present suitable packaging solutions
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals
• Support senior sales team members with administrative and client-related tasks
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM systems
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience.
