DeARX Services (Pty)Ltd is hiring a Java Developer (Spring Boot) in Sandton. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused design services team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications and microservices.
Keep momentum on build scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot.
Support the team by managing participate in solution design sessions, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Java Developer (Spring Boot).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of design services work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
