An IT Workshop Support Technician is required in the Sandton, Johannesburg area to provide practical workshop-based technical support, hardware repairs, and Windows-related assistance.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and support IT hardware in a workshop environment.
Provide practical technical assistance and communicate clearly with users and colleagues.
Support Microsoft Windows systems and apply sound hardware troubleshooting practices.
Assist with VOIP-related support where applicable.
Maintain reliable workshop service and accurate handling of equipment.

Requirements

Good speaking ability and sound technical knowledge.
Good hardware-repair knowledge and practical experience.
A+ and N+ certifications or equivalent knowledge.
Good Microsoft Windows knowledge.
Own reliable transport is required.
VOIP knowledge is advantageous.
