IT Technician MSP

Role Overview

Join an established IT management services environment delivering IT and telecommunications solutions. Support multiple clients of varying sizes in a small, collaborative technical team across Microsoft 365, endpoint management and basic network administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site support for PCs, laptops and printers.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams and SharePoint.
• Configure routers, switches and firewalls at a basic level.
• Support DNS, DHCP and VLANs.
• Assist with backups and disaster recovery.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding and maintain documentation.
• VoIP knowledge covering SIP, QoS and basic troubleshooting is a plus.

Essential Requirements

• Strong Windows desktop and server skills.
• Solid networking knowledge.
• Good communication and customer focus.
• Ability to work in multi-tenant managed-service environments.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Bilingual Afrikaans and English communication ability.
