Key Responsibilities

Khonology is looking to onboard five IT Process Engineers on a 12-month contract to work within a highly complex service environment consisting of ageing technology and highly interconnected, interdependent systems.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for optimisation within the IT environment.
5–7 years of experience in IT operations, process governance, or service management.
Document all existing and new processes, ensuring transparency, consistency, and traceability across the technology stack.
