Key Responsibilities

The Investment Officer is responsible for developing and executing the Group's capital allocation strategy to maximise distributable income per share, growth in net asset value per share, and total shareholder returns.
The role provides strategic leadership across capital deployment, investment performance, balance sheet optimisation, transaction execution, investor relations, governance, and investment management activities.
The incumbent will work closely with the , Committee, Board, and key stakeholders to ensure that investment decisions support long-term business objectives while maintaining a strong balance sheet and sustainable growth.
Conduct scenario analysis, stress testing, and financial modelling to support investment decisions.
