Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing a major supplier of services and equipment to the building and construction trade is seeking a Senior Hire Specialist (Team Lead) to lead their front-of-house sales team .
Take ownership of Experience with construction tools, generators, compressors, access equipment, or landscaping equipment will be advantageous but not essential.
Keep momentum on good understanding of power tools or construction equipment advantageous.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Internal Sales Team Lead (Building and Construction).
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of construction work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
