REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 / Matric qualification
Demonstrated experience in an internal sales role, ideally within the building materials sector
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
Highly organised and detail-focused, capable of managing quotations, sales orders, and follow-ups efficiently
Proactive, solution-driven, and committed to delivering excellent customer service

DUTIES

Handle inbound sales enquiries from contractors, fabricators, wholesalers, and walk-in customers
Prepare and follow up on quotations for aluminium products, systems, and accessories
Process sales orders accurately, ensuring correct specifications, pricing, and lead times
Provide product advice and technical support on aluminium profiles, systems, and finishes
Liaise with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
Maintain regular contact with customers to manage order progress and resolve queries
Support external Sales Representatives with quotes, pricing, and customer information
Capture and update customer details, quotes, and orders on the company CRM or ERP system
Handle after-sales support, including order amendments, returns, and customer queries
Ensure a high level of customer service while meeting sales targets and turnaround times

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
