Internal Sales Person

We are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our sales team

Location:   Johannesburg CBD

Key requirement

• Grade 12/Matric certificate with 1-2 years experience of internal sales, ideally within a technical, automotive spares or industrial tool environment
• Product knowledge, basic exposure to ball bearings, roller bearings or power transmission elements
• Computer literacy
• Previous exposure to an ERP/POS system is a plus

Key responsibility

• Counter sales: greet walk-in clients, identify their specific bearing/power transmission needs and process immediate orders
• Inbound enquiries: answer incoming calls and respond to email customer quotes with speed and professionalism
• Order capture: process sales orders, generate invoices and log data accurately onto our ERP system
• Technical advice: assist clients with basic product identification cross-referencing bearing part numbers and offering tailored solutikons
• Sales support, assist the external sales engineers with pricing data, stock control
• Maintain the point of sale display area, verify incoming parts and handle customer returns efficiently
