Role Details

A well-established industrial components and pneumatic systems business is seeking an Internal Sales, Counter Sales and Warehouse Assistant for trade counter operations, internal sales and warehouse inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock records, process pricing in SAP, manage returns, pick orders, coordinate dispatch and receive stock.
• Handle telephone, WhatsApp and email enquiries, quotations, counter sales, invoicing, cash sales and petty cash.
• Maintain warehouse organisation, support stock takes, compile reports and assist with stores administration.

Requirements

• Matric; tertiary sales, logistics or supply chain qualification advantageous.
• Three to five years' warehouse or stores experience, with SAP or similar systems experience.
• Own transport, Durban-area residence and physical ability to handle heavy components.
