Internal Sales Consultant - Gqeberha

Role Overview

Provide expert plumbing product advice in a Gqeberha showroom, build customer relationships and contribute to retail sales growth through accurate service and product support.

Responsibilities

• Assist showroom clients with product advice and guidance.
• Source and order stock to meet client needs.
• Process and book out sales accurately.
• Prepare and present customer quotations.
• Process credits according to company procedures.
• Deliver excellent service and ensure customers receive correct advice.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Develop new customer relationships and assist with other operational tasks.

Requirements

• At least five years of plumbing-retail experience.
• Solid plumbing knowledge and Pastel accounting-software experience.
• Computer literacy and Matric.
• Fluent, well-spoken English.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, numeracy and customer-service skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work through long, high-volume shifts.
• Basic logistics and stock-management understanding.
