Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing 3 to 5 years' compliance experience WITHIN THE SHORT TERM INSURANCE is essential.
Support the team by managing knowledge of the Financial Services Industry, Insurance legislation and regulations including the Insurance Act, the Long- and Short-Term Insurance Acts, PPR's, FICA, FAI.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Insurance Risk and Compliance Specialist.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
