Synopsis

A professional insurance team is seeking a dedicated Insurance Claims Consultant to manage non-motor claims from initial notification through to final resolution. The position requires careful policy interpretation, accurate document management and consistent client communication throughout the claims process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process non-motor insurance claims from notification through final resolution.
Ensure claims are handled in accordance with policy terms, procedures and service standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the claims process.
Gather relevant information required to assess and process claims.
Provide clients with regular claim-status updates.
Respond professionally and timeously to client enquiries and concerns.
Collect, review and verify supporting claims documentation.
Support accurate assessment and resolution of submitted claims.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

Relevant experience within insurance claims administration or claims consulting.
Understanding of non-motor insurance claims processes.
Ability to interpret policy terms and apply claims procedures accurately.
Strong client communication and service skills.
Excellent attention to detail when reviewing claims documentation.
