Installation Team Leader

My client is looking for a hands-on Installation Team Leader. If you're experienced in aluminium installations, enjoy leading from the front, and thrive on delivering exceptional workmanship, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise installation teams on-site
Install premium aluminium framework
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Ensure installations meet the highest quality standards
Maintain safe working practices on every project
Liaise with clients, site managers, and contractors
Solve on-site challenges quickly and professionally
Manage tools, materials, and equipment
Assist with manufacturing when required

Requirements:

Proven installation experience in manufacturing, construction, aluminium, or a similar trade
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
Ability to read technical drawings
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good understanding of health & safety requirements
Valid driver's licence (own transport advantageous)
