Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on safran Electronics and Defense are on the search for a dynamic Industrialization Manager to join our team based in Canelands, Verulam!.
Keep momentum on 1 Management of the industrialization of new products.
Support the team by managing manage the industrialization phases from the design milestone to the series start-up (R&T, prototype, pre-series, FAI).
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Industrialization Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Relevant experience in aviation or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
