Industrial Tooling Sales Representative

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric
• Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably within the industrial tool market or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to win customers over.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and urgency.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Great attention to detail.
• Committed and reliable.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual – English & Afrikaans

 
DUTIES

• Marketing and selling of Products and services to existing and potential customers in the Tshwane , Polokwane, Brits, Rustenburg and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers end users and resellers.
• Filling out of Call Reports and on occasion delivery of products and services to the customer.
• Reporting non-conforming products, services, and customer complaints to management.
• Providing feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries.
• Determining the degree of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.

 
 
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience plus medical aid, pension fund, car allowance and fuel card.
