Inbound Travel Planner / Coordinator & Administrator
Are you experienced in the travel industry and have experience dealing with all round arrangements for tourists coming into South Africa?
Our client, a well-established organisation with their office in Somerset West has a hybrid position available - 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who can manage planning through to successful delivery while working with their successful team on projects - inbound travel to South Africa and Africa
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience leading and coordinating incoming travel arrangements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience within the tourism, hospitality, or events industry is essential.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport preferred.
DUTIES
- Coordinate travel from initiation to completion.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure travel within scope, and within budget.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
