Inbound Sales Representative (FMCG)
Our client is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and expand market share by building strong, relationship-driven partnerships with both new and existing clients. The role serves as a key brand ambassador, using strong product knowledge and market insight to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
In addition to driving sales, the role plays a strategic part in gathering market intelligence, feeding insights back to management, and collaborating with marketing to align sales efforts with market trends and promotional activity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Relationship Management
- Utilizing a consultative, relationship-based approach to secure orders and build long-term loyalty within an assigned territory.
- Actively identifying and capturing new business opportunities to expand the brand's footprint.
- Guiding clients through the product portfolio to ensure they select the most effective and suitable options for their unique requirements.
- Serving as a vital feedback loop by reporting on competitive landscapes, customer pain points, and potential areas for service innovation.

Maintaining a high level of expertise regarding industry shifts, advertising trends, and new product developments to ensure a sophisticated sales delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) required, , diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management, preferred
- A valid Driver’s License and a willingness to travel within the assigned Representative Area.
- Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in Sales roles, preferably within the FMCG or related industry.
