Role Overview
iOCO needs a ICT USER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN who can step into a practical role in Cape Town. A key part of the work involves ICT USER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive User Support Technician with 1–3 years of experience in IT Service Desk and End User Support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep momentum on assist with IT asset tracking and inventory updates.
- Support the team by managing o IT -related certificate or diploma (e.g.
- Take ownership of IT Support, Information Technology, Systems Support) o 1–3 years' experience in an IT Service Desk or End User Support environment.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a ICT USER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
- Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
