We are seeking an experienced ICT Systems Analyst to analyse, design and optimise business systems that improve operational efficiency across multiple business functions. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to evaluate existing processes, recommend technology solutions, implement integrated business systems and drive digital transformation initiatives.
This role is ideal for an individual with strong experience in business systems analysis, process optimisation, CRM implementation, workflow automation and systems integration.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications.
Design, implement and optimise business systems and technology solutions.
Configure and administer CRM and business management platforms.
Develop and improve workflow automation to streamline operational processes.
Coordinate system implementations, upgrades and platform migrations.
Manage system integrations using APIs and third-party applications.
Produce functional documentation, SOPs and system user guides.
Conduct system testing and support implementation activities.
Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency through technology.

Minimum Requirements

Qualification in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in ICT Systems Analysis, Business Systems Administration or Digital Transformation.
Experience implementing business management platforms..
Strong understanding of business process mapping.
Experience with workflow automation.
Experience configuring cloud-based business systems.
Knowledge of API integrations.
Understanding of HTML and CSS would be advantageous.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement abilities.
