SHARON NUROCK RECRUITMENT CC is hiring a Human Resources Practitioner in East London. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused social services team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on you will provide a full HR service in terms of advice, administration, support, control and co-ordination of all HR activities on plant level.
Keep momentum on the Person: National Diploma in Human Resources Management or Industrial/Organisational Psychology..
Keep momentum on bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Social Studies, a strong advantage..
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Human Resources Practitioner.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

3 to 4 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
