Our manufacturing client in Fourways Sandton Johannesburg is looking for a HRBP – Human Resource Business Partner with 3-4. years relevant experience from the manufacturing and retail environment.

Requirements

You will focus on the full spectrum of being a HRBP including HR management exeprience

You need 3-4 years plus experience as a HRBP with a degree in HR from the manufacturing and retail industry

Deal with unions

You need CCMA experience to deal with ccma cases

Manage the recruitment process and onboarding of employees

Oversee employee relations

Compile weekly HR reports

Maintain HR policies and procedures through the company
