Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing develop and maintain the overall Human Capital Framework.
Keep momentum on compile quarterly Human Capital progress reports.
Take ownership of BA, B Soc Sci, or BCom Honours in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Human Capital Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

8 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
