Key Responsibilities

A well-established manufacturing business in Cape Town is seeking an experienced HSE & Facilities Lead.
Diploma or degree in OHS, Environmental Management, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related field — HSE certification (NEBOSH, SAMTRAC or equivalent) is an advantage, and having both is preferred
This is a broad, site-facing role for someone who takes ownership of health, safety and environmental compliance while keeping facilities and infrastructure running reliably.
The role includes direct oversight of a Facilities Coordinator.

Requirements

5 years' experience in a manufacturing, industrial or facilities environment
Clear communication, good organisation and reliable follow-through.
A practical working style with attention to detail and service quality.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required.
