Role Overview

The I & O Psychology Hub needs a HR & WAGES ADMINISTRATOR who can step into a practical role in Wellington. A key part of the work involves Duties & Responsibilities Merge the biometrics clock report to the Payroll system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep momentum on check for accuracy with supervisors.
  • Keep momentum on process payroll and do SARS monthly submissions.
  • Support the team by managing manage leave forms and submit into system and file accurately.
  • Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a HR & WAGES ADMINISTRATOR.
  • Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in human resources or a closely related field.
  • Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
  • Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
