A manufacturing and FMCG organisation in Phoenix, Durban is seeking an HR Officer to support employee administration, recruitment, onboarding and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR files.
• Process leave and employee-record updates.
• Assist with HR compliance.
• Support HR-system administration.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

• 0 to 2 years HR administration experience; internship experience counts.
• Exposure to recruitment, onboarding or employee records.
• SAGE HR or Payspace experience is advantageous.
• Strong confidentiality and administrative accuracy.
