Key Responsibilities
- Support the team by managing manage full HR function across construction projects.
- Take ownership of Proven experience in construction / engineering / industrial environment.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a HR OFFICER (IR, PAYROLL & CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS).
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
- Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Requirements
