Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on bCom or National Diploma in HR Manager or related field.
Take ownership of Working experience in the agricultural or production environment would be an advantage.
Take ownership of Strong knowledge of labour legislation, compliance and governance.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a HR Generalist - Letsitele - Agriculture.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

5 years of relevant experience
A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
