Take ownership of Offer IR support and advice to all and in the business especially with warnings, disciplinary hearings in line with the company disciplinary code and policy.
Keep momentum on arrange and attend disciplinary enquiries.
Keep momentum on ensure disciplinary process is fair and consistent.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a HR Generalist.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

Relevant experience in human resources or a closely related field.
Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
