A key part of the work involves HR & COMPLIANCE MANAGER BVSA is looking for a qualified and experienced HR practitioner to lead our internal human resources management, FICA compliance and HR administration acros.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Labour Relations.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a HR & COMPLIANCE MANAGER.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.
