Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of 10 years' experience within a unionized environment.
- Keep momentum on 5 years' experience in a managerial / leadership role.
- Take ownership of Demonstrable business success preferably within the mining industry relating to stakeholder management, SLPs, DTI Codes and Mining Charter.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a HR Business Partner.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
