HR Administrator Airport
Job Description
Our client is looking for an HR Administrator with 1–2 years’ experience and a relevant HR qualification to join their team at an airport-based food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administration, recruitment and onboarding, employee records, payroll and attendance support, employee queries, training coordination and HR systems. Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment will be advantageous.

Educational Requirements & Experience:
- A relevant post matric qualification
- National Diploma in Human Resource
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience
- Experience in a factory/ manufacturing (FMCG) environment would be preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent people skill and high emotional intelligence
- Ability to work effectively with production teams and line management
- Confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive information
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- HR administration and record management
- Recruitment, selection and employee induction
- HR information systems, including NeTrec and S-Cubed
- Strong administrative and organisational skills

Return-to-work process coordination

Update colleagues shifts and schedules on NeTrec, in liaison with the Production Management Team and Premier Chargehands.

Capture and maintain colleagues’ leave related documents on S-Cubed, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

Monitor and maintain accurate time and attendance records on the relevant system.

Recruitment, selection and induction of general workers.

Collate and submit payroll-related information within the required deadlines.

Serve as the first point of contact for factory employees, responding to HR-related queries and directing them to the appropriate department when necessary.

Liaise with production management and supervisory staff to support the effective administration of employee-related matters.

Assist with the administration and coordination of training sessions and events, including arranging suitable venues and transport

Maintain confidentiality and ensure that all HR records are handled in accordance with company policies and applicable legislation.
