Role Overview
GOLD – HR & Recruitment Solutions is hiring a HR & Admin Clerk in Centurion. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused admin team with practical day-to-day responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team by managing the primary purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the Centurion office to ensure a well-organised, functional, and professional working environme.
- Keep momentum on in addition, the role provides general administrative support across HR, Safety, and Finance functions where required.
- Take ownership of Office & Facilities Management (Primary Focus).
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a HR & Admin Clerk.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of admin work.
- Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
- Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
