About the Role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage staff, and help create a welcoming environment for guests.

What You’ll Do

Manage the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department
Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff
Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and quality standards
Conduct regular inspections and implement quality control measures
Manage housekeeping schedules and staff performance
Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly

Requirements

Previous experience in housekeeping, with supervisory or management experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, health, and safety standards
Proficiency in housekeeping management systems is advantageous
