Synopsis

A hospitality business is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager to coordinate day-to-day service delivery, guest experience, and operational performance. The role provides visible leadership across front office, housekeeping, food service, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily hotel operations and service standards.
Lead and support operational department managers.
Monitor guest feedback and resolve service issues.
Review occupancy, revenue, staffing, and cost information.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality procedures.
Support supplier, maintenance, and facilities coordination.
Contribute to planning, budgeting, and operational improvement initiatives.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

Relevant hospitality qualification or equivalent operational experience.
At least five years of hotel or hospitality operations experience.
Experience leading teams across multiple service functions.
Strong guest-service, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Comfort working shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
