Synopsis

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will manage staff, budgets, service standards, and operational performance while driving profitability and maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel
Manage and motivate staff across departments
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
Monitor occupancy, revenue, budgets, and operational costs
Manage reservations, housekeeping, food and beverage, and front-office operations
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and external partners
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management

Qualifications / Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field
Previous experience in hotel management or a senior hospitality role
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and revenue management
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in hotel management and reservation systems
