Hospitality Manager - Lifestyle Estate

The Opportunity

A premium retirement lifestyle estate in the Garden Route is opening a new Lifestyle Centre in April 2027. The Hospitality Manager will join the founding team and take general-manager-level ownership of the restaurant, coffee bar and on-site catering operation. This is an opportunity to shape the hospitality offering before opening and then lead its daily delivery.

In This Role

• Join the founding management team ahead of the April 2027 opening.
• Plan the kitchen and select suppliers ahead of the opening.
• Develop menus and recruit the front-of-house and kitchen team.
• Run the 200-seat restaurant and coffee bar floor once open.
• Lead the on-site catering operation and maintain customer service excellence.
• Build strong relationships with residents and guests.
• Take ownership of the operation at a general-manager level.

Experience Required

• Proven experience managing a successful restaurant, hotel, boutique hospitality venue or premium hospitality operation.
• Demonstrated hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong front-of-house and customer service capability.
• Experience leading hospitality teams and maintaining premium service standards.
