Role Overview

ABC Worldwide needs a Home Manager who can step into a practical role in Cape Town. A key part of the work involves Home Manager The home operates like a boutique hotel, with established systems, strong standards, and a warm, professional service style.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing household Operations ( Hotel- Standard) Superyacht interior/hospitality background and / or Luxury hospitality (5-star hotel / lodge / villa), and/or High-end private hou.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Home Manager.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.
Maintain a professional standard of delivery, communication and follow-through.

Requirements

Enough hands-on experience to understand the pace and standards of hotel work.
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
