Role Overview
This Helpdesk Agent - CT May 2026 opportunity in CPT - CBD gives the right candidate a chance to work in call centre with clear responsibilities and visible impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Calls that cannot be resolved are escalated appropriately.
- Support the team by managing the call center operates daily from Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Support the team by managing manage incoming calls by directing them to the appropriate departments, recording details accurately, and relaying clear messages as needed.
- Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Helpdesk Agent - CT May 2026.
- Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in call centre or a closely related field.
- Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
