Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep momentum on 8–10 years' operational management experience in a large inbound and outbound, multi-channel contact centre environment.
  • Take ownership of Strong exposure to QA frameworks, WFM methodologies, workforce management systems, forecasting principles, and contact centre performance analytics.
  • Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Head: Operations Support (CH1230).
  • Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
  • Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Good planning habits, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
  • Comfort working to agreed standards while adapting when operational needs change.
