Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on production & Manufacturing Leadership.
Take ownership of Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes, efficiency, and output.
Take ownership of Minimum 10+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment (essential), with proven experience leading production or manufacturing operations, preferably within a techn.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Head of Production.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience
A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
