Head of Infrastructure and Operations

What You'll Do:
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for infrastructure and operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of robust infrastructure systems to support business growth.
Lead cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes, improve efficiency, and reduce downtime.
Ensure the security, compliance, and resilience of all infrastructure components.
Collaborate with executive management to inform technology investments and initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in infrastructure, operations, or related fields.
Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects and teams.
Strong strategic planning and leadership capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Deep understanding of IT security, compliance standards, and risk management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Public sector experience
Familiarity with the following:
Cloud platforms and virtualization technologies.
Infrastructure automation and monitoring tools.
ITIL or other frameworks for IT service management.
