Role Overview

Belay Talent Solutions (Pty) Ltd is hiring a Head of Finance - Foreign Operations in Menlyn Maine, Pretoria. The role is suited to someone who can bring discipline, judgement and steady execution to contributing to a focused finance team with practical day-to-day responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team by managing minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in a multi-entity, group finance environment (fintech, payments, or financial services preferred).
Take ownership of The successful candidate will be a key member of the Finance, Risk & Compliance leadership team, reporting directly to the Money and Risk Officer.
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Head of Finance - Foreign Operations.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.
Keep records, updates and handovers clear so decisions can be made with confidence.

Requirements

8 years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Relevant qualifications or certifications will strengthen the application where required by the employer.
