Hire Resolve needs a Head of Digital who can step into a practical role in Durban. A key part of the work involves Social is their most critical platform; you will dictate the "what, when, and how" to optimize for algorithms and trends, leading a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of Responsibilities: Social Strategy & Growth: Own the comprehensive social roadmap aligned with rugby seasons and fan behavior.
Keep momentum on drive platform-specific tactics for TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
Take ownership of Tactical Execution: Lead daily decision-making on storytelling, hooks, and posting schedules to capture peak engagement (match-day, pre/post-match, and off-season).
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Head of Digital.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

7+ years of relevant experience
Clear communication and the confidence to work with different stakeholders.
Sound judgement, ownership of assigned work and willingness to solve problems properly.
Comfort with the systems, tools or technical platforms mentioned in the source role.
