Key Responsibilities

Keep momentum on responsibilities: Social Strategy & Growth: Own the comprehensive social roadmap aligned with rugby seasons and fan behavior.
Support the team by managing drive platform-specific tactics for TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
Keep momentum on tactical Execution: Lead daily decision-making on storytelling, hooks, and posting schedules to capture peak engagement (match-day, pre/post-match, and off-season).
Take responsibility for the core day-to-day work expected of a Head of Digital.
Work with colleagues, customers or suppliers to keep work moving and issues visible.

Requirements

7+ years of relevant experience
A practical working style with the ability to prioritise when several tasks compete.
A professional approach to deadlines, service quality and daily priorities.
